- ALTEAPLN-30: regenerate configure on el10 as well, so php-fpm is actually built with systemd notify support. ALTPHP-2362 had wrapped the buildconf block in %if 0%{?rhel} < 10 because PHP 5.3's build/buildcheck.sh refuses any autoconf newer than 2.69 and el10 ships 2.71. With configure left as the stock 2014 one, --with-fpm-systemd was an unrecognised option, HAVE_SYSTEMD was never defined and fpm_systemd.c was never compiled, so alt-php53-fpm.service (Type=notify) timed out after 90s on every start. Drop buildcheck.sh's upper bound on the autoconf version instead, matching PHP 5.4+ upstream, and build with the regenerated configure on el10 - ALTEAPLN-30: drop the el10 sed that stripped the recode/imap conflict from the shipped configure. php-5.3.0-recode.patch already removes it from ext/recode/config9.m4, and that now reaches configure again - ALTEAPLN-30: stop passing --enable-dbx=shared on el10. ALTPHP-2362 dropped the dbx subpackage there but left the configure flag; it was inert only because the stale configure did not know the option. With configure regenerated the extension builds again and dbx.so ends up unpackaged
